CA Manoj Kumar Daga
Founder and Managing partner
MDC is a brainchild of Mr. Daga. His leadership skills and professional competence have won him professional
accolades galore. His visionary ideas and high sense of ethics have brought the firm to where it is today.
This seasoned professional made his mark as an expert in the field of direct taxation and has since expanded his
repertoire to become one of the most respected practitioners in the fields of handling direct taxation litigations,
auditing and management consulting.
Before incorporating MDC, he has had a decade of hands-on experience in various areas of income tax, audit and
assurance, business advisory, etc. He possesses an extensive and diverse industry knowledge and experience, capable of
handling tenacious and high-pressure work situations.
Mr. Narahari Biswal IRS (Retd.), LLB
Advisor
Mr. Narahari Biswal is a senior advisor of the firm. He has worked with Income Tax Dept in various capacities and
retired as Pr. Director of Income Tax (Investigation); key posts held by him were:
- Pr. Director of Income Tax ( Investigation)
- Pr. Commissioner of Income Tax ( Central)
- Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)
He is also a bar council member and represents before the higher court of law. His vast experience and exposure helps
us in providing the best possible advisory service to our clients. His areas of specialization are:

Mr. Sanka Venkateswarlu IRS (Retd.)
Advisor
Mr. Sanka Venkateswarlu is a senior advisor of the firm. He has worked with Income Tax Dept in various capacities
and retired as Principal Commissioner of Income Tax in the year 2018.
He was selected as an Accountant Member, Income Tax Appellate Authority (ITAT) in the year 2016 and also
represented Govt. of India before the settlement commission during his tenure with the Income Tax Department.
His three plus decades of experience with the Income Tax Department brings the hands – on experience on our
table and helps us to give our clients and additional advantage. His areas of specialization are:
- Expertise in preparation and handling of assessments under the Faceless Assessment Scheme.
- Representation before various Income Tax Authorities including appeals.
- Representation before ITAT.
- Advisory on various Taxation matters.
- Survey, Search & Seizure Assessments.
CA Aarti Sushil Bang
Partner
She is a partner at our Pune office and takes care of day to day operations. She is having 8 + years of
experience in accounts and finance across IT industry, Trading and Manufacturing.
She has also gained experience in outsourcing services for start-ups and SME enterprises of German based
clients set up in India and ensured in setting up their establishments smoothly in India.
She also possesses knowledge in expat taxation and compliances for filing ITR for expats in India. She is
also having a good exposure on foreign exchange settlements, foreign exchange computations and holds a
strong network with various foreign companies and individuals.
Over the years she has gained good experience in the areas of indirect taxation and takes care of various
indirect taxation matters of our clients based in Pune.
She brings us a heavy weight on our table and ensures we are able to give the same quality of service to our
clients based in and around Pune.
CA Mohammed Sameerhussain
Manager
He has been associated with Manoj Daga & Co for more than 3 years and has vast experience in the areas of Audit &
Assurance services, Direct Taxation and company law matters.
His core strength is the backend support and to ensure day to day operations are being carried out in most effective and timely
manner.
CA Raunak Daga
Partner
He was inducted as a partner in the firm on 5th August 2020. His induction marks an entry of the second generation becoming
part of the firm to achieve our common mission. He has a vision to take the firm at global level and at the same time not
compromising on our value system.
He has got an hands on experience in setting up internal financial control system, growth trajectory and management advisory
on critical financial decisions. He has been part of leading Mergers & Acquisition transactions. He has also represented before
the ITAT and various Income Tax authorities including assessments related to Investigation, Search & Seizure. He also holds
degree in bachelor’s of Law, this is a big value addition and further strengthens our base before the court of law.
